Mrs. Pereda has been working with my son for a few months now, and my son has advance a lot. Previous years we would receive letters from school that we need to work with him more and that he was struggling. But since he has been working with Mrs. Pereda he has improved and advancing in math and reading. Even the teacher from school are impressed and tell us how much he has advanced. Thank you so much Brilla Academy and we highly recommend for parents that are thinking of getting a tutor for their children.
I just want to give a recommendation on an AMAZING tutoring business, Brilla Learning Academy. About a month ago I posted requesting a tutor recommendation for my 7 year old daughter who has an IEP. She still could not read and was struggling so much with virtual. As much as I tried and practiced with her. She just was not grasping it and losing confidence in herself. Luckily, (Rosalie) from Brilla Learning Academy reached out and worked with my work schedule. Rosalie has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! She has been a teacher for over 22 years and has been finding different ways to teach her. If one way does not work she finds another way. In only a few sessions my daughter read her 1st book yesterday and I of course cried happy tears. Rosalie has restored her confidence and my daughter looks forward in going to see her. I also enrolled my other two daughters in Spanish class after their first lesson today and they said "She is the best Spanish teacher I ever had and is so nice."
I love my Grandson's tutor. She is so down to earth and works wonderfully with him. He adores her and completely understands her teaching techniques. :) Thank you
Rosalie is awesome. Unfortunately with Covid 19 schools closed and I am in a nursing program. So between trying to help my first grader and do the nursing program it is a lot. We started with Brilla before schools closed and Rosalie was definitely able to jumpstart my daughter's reading. My daughter also gets discouraged and upset when she doesn't know the words which was part of the reason that I sought out of a tutor. Rosalie has a lot of patience and tricks to help her remember the rules to sound out the words. The rates are very affordable compared to other people I spoke with but the quality is still there if not more so.
Our daughter loves Brilla Learning Academy and Mrs. Rosalie. She is a great teacher and she is so engaging. She really fosters such a wonderful, stimulating and positive learning environment. My daughter looked forward to doing STEAM classes with her every week and she can't wait until she can go back!
Mrs. Rosalie is THE BEST!!!!!!! I am so happy I found Brilla Learning Academy, my daughter missed the cut off to start pre-k this year so when I saw an ad for Pre-K Prep Classes I was so excited! I could already see a difference after the first week and after every class she has something new that she's learned! I have never seen another place that offers all of the classes that Brilla does or even compares to Brilla, Mrs. Rosalie tends to not only every need of the child but also the parents! I would definitely recommend Brilla to anyone that has a child, even if your child doesn't need a tutor Mrs. Rosalie will help a child learn to love learning in a fun environment. I am so thankful for Mrs. Rosalie and Brilla Learning Academy!
Mrs. Rosalie is wonder tutor, who is very friendly from day one. My daughter got excellent help and she is not afraid to ask questions. She finds a unique way to help her in Spanish that my kid can understand easily. I am happy to recommend her for any class not just Spanish. She is wonderful person as well and is easy to get along with. My daughter's grade went up and it is all thanks to her tutoring.
Rosalie was a wonderful tutor for my two children. She helped my high school aged son improve his Spanish skills to gain more vocabulary and learn how to read and write in Spanish. Spanish is easier to understand now. My elementary aged son needed help to improve his reading and writing skills and with Rosalie's help he has improved tremendously. I highly recommend Rosalie as a tutor.
